About Us:
RSZN Jerk Center LLC is a growing Jamaican restaurant serving authentic jerk dishes and more. We’re looking for 2–3 motivated kitchen staff to help deliver high-quality food and excellent customer experience.
Positions & Shifts:
Prep Cook: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM (cutting, seasoning, sauces, morning prep)
Line Cook (Back Kitchen): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM (preparing sides, plating, supporting grill station)
Rotating Perk Person: Option to work 2–3 days a week, assisting with food prep, plating, supporting kitchen and front-of-house as needed
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with prep, plating, and all-around kitchen tasks
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
Provide friendly and positive service when needed
Be coachable and willing to learn upselling techniques
Support various tasks across kitchen and front-of-house, including prep, plating, and helping where needed during their shift
Qualifications:
Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to be trained and perform multiple kitchen tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
