We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant (USA, UK, Hong Kong) to support our daily operations. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Support team members and assist with project coordination.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
4+ year of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
