The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the Fitness Center to create a clean and safe environment consistent with all Center policies, state and federal regulations. The Environmental Services Technician may respond to and initiate communication by land line phone, hand held radio, and in some cases responsible use of personal cell phone (emailing/texting supervisor about significant issues only). The Environmental Services Technician must be a self starter with good time management skills and a good attitude (IE: Learning and knowing what needs to be done next and getting it done in a timely manner, communicating with fellow co-workers and supervisors then moving on to the next task.)
Education and Work Experience
Knowledge of acute care fitness center environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred.
Able to speak and understand English.
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
