Call Center Agent Job Description:

Answer inbound calls from patients and health care providers
Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient’s insurance coverage
Provide prescription and patient information in compliance with HIPAA
Submit orders and record notes onto customers' accounts

Job requirements

Call Center Agent Job Requirements:

Insurance/ medical experience of a year
Call Center experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED Required
