Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will work remotely with our NYC-based leadership team to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with multiple departments to provide analysis, reports, and recommendations that will drive decision-making and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to support business strategy.
Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role will be preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools (Python, Numtorch etc.).
Knowledge of statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or research-driven organizations.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Certifications in data analytics or business intelligence.
