We are hiring Remote Customer Care Analysts to join our growing team! In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will be the first point of contact for customers navigating life and health insurance. We're looking for compassionate communicators who can provide clear guidance and empathetic support during important life moments.
As a Customer Care Analyst, you'll handle inbound calls, address questions with professionalism, and ensure every customer feels heard and supported. Comprehensive paid training is provided to help you succeed in the role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
Must reside in the United States or Puerto Rico
Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred (but not required)
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + annual performance bonus
Training Dates: August 25 or September 8 (2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM CST)
