Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential and existing clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate deals and close sales transactions, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and contracts are executed smoothly.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and (Chinese/Cantonese , this is for Hong Kong ONLY ).
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Client Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
Travel: Willingness to travel within Hong Kong and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market conditions and business practices in Hong Kong.( this is for Hong Kong Only)
Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the Sales is highly desirable.
