Description
Wonderful family of 5 is seeking an executive housekeeper who fits in well with their home environment as well as their unique personal backgrounds:California casual meets old world formal. Dad grew up in England and mom is from the states, they have 3 boys ages 8, 10, and 12 years old. Their ideal candidate is someone who has longevity with their prior families who will become an integral part of their household for many years to come. If you know how how to make a great cup of tea, even better! The family values having great communication, mutual support and respect for a lasting relationship. (Family has a live in nanny) (Must be comfortable working with 2 dogs and a cat)


Experience Requirements
5 years in a private home with verifiable references


Educational Requirements
English fluency is required


Qualifications

Great work ethic
Knowledge of cleaning and organizational techniques
Formal table setting experience
Formal service, white glove
Experience working with high end furnishings
Experience working around Fine Art and Antiques
Silver polishing

Responsibilities

Create household cleaning manual
Full charge cleaning and light meal prep
Rotate deep cleaning and laundry (will be delegated to part time housekeeper)
Work together with part time housekeeper to ensure household is running smoothly

Keep inventory of pantry and stock items as needed
Organized, tidy and fastidious

Work with different surfaces
Knowledge of various cleaning agents
Resourceful and ability to trouble shoot
