Senior Civil Construction Manager

Job description

A large telecom client of ours is looking for a Senior Civil Construction Manager. This position will entail up to 90% travel in the TX and IL markets. This position will be focusing on steel/civil/concrete construction for cell towers.



What you will be doing as a Senior Civil Construction Manager:




Working with subs and internal crews to set concrete foundations, install power and telco, fencing and roads, stacking steel infrastructure, running lines and antenna and managing the overall P&L, and safety of all construction to meet customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and compliance with all internal policies, procedures, standards and controls.
Install and maintain RF and wireless line and antenna equipment for high speed broadband network infrastructure and manage the P&L, regulatory compliance and safety of all assets to meet customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and compliance with all internal policies, procedures, standards and controls.
Ensure the project gets completed on time and within budget with focus on account management.
Ensure that customers are informed of daily project progress, issues and projected completion dates.


What you will bring to the table as a Senior Civil Construction Manager:




2-5 years of previous tower civil construction experience including steel, civil, and concrete (pouring pads/foundations)
10+ years experience supporting cell tower construction projects
