Healthcare supplier seeks a motivated individual who will provide excellent customer service. Become familiar with company history, product lines, client base, and healthcare products supply chain.
The ideal candidate will:
-Easily relay product features and benefits to clients
-Process and track client orders
-Follow up with customer inquiries in a timely fashion and document in the CRM
-Retrieve shipping and tracking information from various suppliers and log
-Support sales by providing information to sales staff and customers whenever required
-Ability to utilize multiple platforms while using multiple screens at a time (different portals, the warehouse, drop-ship from various venders)
-Accurately enter and retrieve data in CRM
-Call center experience is a plus
-CRM experience
-Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel
-Excellent verbal and writing skills
