Job Responsibilities:
Support the Oncology Therapeutic area with integration activities including sourcing events, vendor setup, contract negotiations
Operate with a truly Hub/Region and strategic mindset and in close collaboration with the Global Category Leaders to ensure full alignment with global strategies
Build an education & communication process for in-country Procurement leads and business units
Deliver benefits to Oncology identified in global and local strategies through effective strategy execution, aligned to the assurance of supply (risk management), quality, service, cost, and innovation
Create and deliver effective Oncology budgets agreed with key stakeholders and Finance in accordance with the Spend Management Framework and fully aligned with global and regional budgets
Ensure value delivery to meet business and customer needs for example in cost control, complexity reduction, simplification, best practice procurement and use of KPIs
Identify and manage significant risks in the supply chain. Ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place and in use and that the risks are communicated appropriately within business units impacted, Procurement and the supply base
Requirements for Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in related field nice to have not mandatory (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in Procurement processes
Strong knowledge of Marketing Procurement
Proven sourcing expertise in Print and Point of Sale categories
