Do you have experience working in a clerical role? ITAC Solutions is seeking an optimistic and client-oriented Office Administrator in the Birmingham area!

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

Process money movement, checks and communicate effectively with brokers and dealers
Answer inbound calls and route to the appropriate employee/department
Maintain the stock of office supplies
Scan, file, and copy documents to maintain clientele paperwork and files
